I’m honoured that my article on Workplace Happiness – Using Diversity to Create Community was published by Gulf Business Magazine. The Middle East has initiated a major awareness campaign about the the impact of workplace happiness on productivity, engagement and profits. I believe that diversity is one tool that can be used to enhance workplace happiness. Gulf Business magazine seems to agree. 
I was honoured to be featured in the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) website in the CAPS Cares page. CAPS Cares highlights the work that CAPS members are doing around the world to contribute to improve the world we live in. Here is the link to the article. It focuses on my work with Boutique Safari – the only Maasai-owned safari company in East Africa. I helped establish the business and continue to support them with website, social media and management assistance. I’m presenting an on-demand webinar for PM.com on Coping Strategies for Dealing with Bullying on September 16. It’s a follow up to the first webinar on Bullying in Project Management provided on July 22. Over 1200 attended the first event. I hope we can fill all 1500 places in this follow up event.

Yesterday I hosted a webinar on the global challenge of bullying in project management. 1246 participants from 60 countries made the webinar incredibly engaging and I want to thank everyone for their comments, questions, and feedback. I intend to add posts to respond to some of the great questions and issues raised. I’ also preparing for a follow up webinar – so stay tuned!
